DESIGN PROCESS: WEDDINGS

Planning your wedding should be fun so we will be there with you every step of the way!
Lets start by going over the most common stationery combination, see image below:

Step 1.

Browse through our Wedding Collection and pick your favourite or complete a custom consultation form. Book a consultation with us so we can go over your personal style and needs. We will work with you directly to go over paper options, colour options and embellishments. A draft of your quote will be sent within the next 2-3 business days unless notified otherwise.

Step 2.

Book to reserve your spot. We only take a certain number of weddings per month depending on the volume and whether they are semi-custom or full custom, this is done to make sure that we take the proper amount of time per project. To reserve your spot we will need a signed vendor agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Step 3.

Once your spot is reserved, the fun begins! We will go over all your personalization options and your wording preferences in depth. Once we’ve discussed your options, a draft of your invitations will be sent out within 5-7 business days (semi-custom) or 10-14 business days (full custom) unless notified otherwise. Your semi-custom package includes 2 rounds of revision if necessary and 3 rounds for full custom, unlimited edits.
Additional revisions will cost extra.

Step 4.

Once revisions are done, a final draft will be sent to you. If everything looks like it is good to go, we will head onto the printing process. Nothing will be printed without the final consent of the client as well as the rest of your payment. We will go over all your styling options in depth including but not limited to: wax seals, vellum, twine, silk ribbons, addressing, stamps, etc.

Step 5.

Printing, done. Embellishments, done. Your chosen invitation package also includes assembly, unless the client requests to receive their package unassembled. I will personally be doing quality control at this point making sure that everything is up to standard. After everything has been assembled, only one thing’s left.. Delivery!
